Seth earned his bachelor’s degree in Science in Economics from Brigham Young University and his Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law. He began his legal career in Northern Virginia practicing large-scale commercial litigation. Since moving to Utah, his practice has included several areas of litigation, including work as an in-house litigation counsel for one of the largest tech companies in Utah.
In addition to his litigation practice, Seth has also provided clients with legal services related to business formation, contract drafting, and legal due diligence for business acquisitions. Seth’s litigation experience has given him valuable insight into the need for well-written contracts and other business transactional documents. Overall, Seth takes great pride in helping clients resolve complex legal issues.
When not practicing law, Seth enjoys fly fishing in Eastern Idaho, reading books about Austrian Economics, improving his golf game, and spending time outdoors with his family.
